ご入金確認後、3～5営業日以内に発送いたします。日本国内の配送はその後1～3日でお届けとなります。50,000円（税込）以上のご注文で送料無料です。

はい、当店のラグは100%熟練の職人による手織りです。一点一点が唯一無二の作品であり、サイズや色合いに若干の個体差が生じるのは本物の手織りラグの自然な特性です。
海外への配送は可能ですか？
現在は日本国内のみの配送となります。海外配送は今後6か月以内に対応開始予定です。
注文状況はどのように確認できますか？
商品発送後、追跡番号をメールにてお送りいたします。会員アカウントにログインしてご確認いただくことも可能です。
カスタムサイズのオーダーは可能ですか？

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Delivery within Japan typically takes an additional 1–3 days. Free shipping on orders over ¥50,000.
What is your return policy?

Are your rugs really handmade?
Yes — 100% of our rugs are handcrafted by skilled artisans. Each piece is unique, and slight variations in size and color are natural characteristics of authentic handmade rugs.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within Japan only. International shipping is planned for launch within the next 6 months.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also check order status by logging into your account.
Do you offer custom sizes?
