Care instructions

• Vacuum regularly on low suction without a rotating brush.
• Rotate the rug occasionally so it wears and fades evenly.
• Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth, working from the outside in, and do not rub.
• Keep out of prolonged direct sunlight to protect the colour.
• Use a professional rug cleaner for any deep clean.
• Light shedding is normal with new wool and settles within the first few months.

Gabbeh weaving gives the weaver freedom to work in pure colour, and here that freedom turns bold. Rather than calm, even bands, the stripes are deliberately streaked and broken — turquoise crashing into rust, charcoal and tan — so the whole field flickers with movement.
